Looking for a new dish to try? Our suggestions of the month for May are

 

**MAKHANI (BUTTER CHICKEN)**
A rich and comforting dish with a velvety texture, thanks to the combination of coconut, almond, and yogurt. The tomato sauce and blend of spices bring out a mild yet flavourful curry. You can opt for a protein like chicken tikka, lamb, prawns, or vegetables, making it versatile for different preferences. The buttery sauce pairs perfectly with naan or pilau rice for a complete meal.

**CAULIFLOWER BHAJEE**
This is a flavourful side dish that highlights the natural sweetness of cauliflower combined with the tanginess of onions and tomatoes. It’s cooked in a medium-spiced sauce, offering just the right balance of heat without overwhelming the dish. It’s a great option for vegetarians or as a complement to other main dishes like the Makhani.
